You can estimate values of wet-bulb temperature using temperature and humidity.

Four different heat-stress categories provided by NOAA National Weather Service are indicated at the bottom of the plot.
* If due to familiarity, you prefer to use minimum or maximum temperature to define the outdoor day instead of using mean temperature, we suggest an APPROXIMATE
way to estimate these values. By adding (subtracting) 4 degrees Celsius to minimum (maximum) temperature, you can replace that range with a mean temperature
range. For example, outdoor days defined by [10 <= T <= 25] are roughly consistent with outdoor days defined by [6 <= Tmin <= 21] and outdoor days defined by
[14 <= Tmax <= 29].
